Returns / Refund Policy
To cancel an order:
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods.

To Return an Order:
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. 
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.
*Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Lost Goods
Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order at sales@radioactivecomms.co.uk  We will take up the matter with our delivery service provider.
